Refund Policy

NeuralRealtor subscriptions are billed through DoDoPayments using a Stripe-compatible workflow. Every plan starts with a 3-day free trial so you can experience the Smart Inbox, lead intelligence, property matching, and automations before your card is charged.

Trial Period

If you cancel during the 3-day trial window, no charges will be processed. Cancel from the billing page or email us at billing@neuralrealtor.pro and we will confirm cancellation within one business day.

Monthly & Annual Plans

  • Starter and Pro plans renew every month unless cancelled.
  • Agency plans can renew monthly or annually based on your contract.
  • Refunds are granted when a renewal charge occurs within the previous 7 days and you have not exported or synced new data during that window.
  • We prorate annual Agency plans when a team is downgraded mid-term, subtracting any onboarding or custom integration fees already delivered.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Open a ticket from Settings → Billing inside NeuralRealtor.
  2. Or email billing@neuralrealtor.pro with your workspace URL and DoDoPayments receipt.
  3. We respond within 48 hours and confirm eligibility before initiating the refund.

Non-Refundable Items

The following cannot be refunded:

  • Custom onboarding, training, or integration fees already delivered.
  • Usage-based add-ons (e.g., WhatsApp message credits) that have been consumed.
  • Charges older than 60 days.
